1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of JetOnDemand's private jet booking platform and related services. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Platform Services

JetOnDemand provides a comprehensive platform for private jet bookings, including:

  • Real-time flight search and booking
  • Fleet management for aircraft operators
  • Broker services and trip coordination
  • Secure payment processing
  • 24/7 customer support
  • Mobile applications and web services

3. User Types and Responsibilities

3.1 Passengers

As a passenger, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate travel information and documentation
  • Arrive at the designated departure location on time
  • Comply with all safety instructions and regulations
  • Respect aircraft and crew members
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges

3.2 Aircraft Operators

As an aircraft operator, you agree to:

  • Maintain valid operating certificates and insurance
  • Ensure aircraft airworthiness and safety compliance
  • Provide accurate pricing and availability information
  • Maintain professional standards and customer service
  • Comply with all aviation regulations and requirements

3.3 Brokers

As a broker, you agree to:

  • Maintain valid broker licenses and certifications
  • Provide accurate and transparent pricing information
  • Coordinate effectively between passengers and operators
  • Maintain professional standards and customer service
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements

4. Booking and Reservation Process

4.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to confirmation by the aircraft operator. We will notify you of booking status within 24 hours of your request. Confirmed bookings are binding agreements.

4.2 Payment and Billing

Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and wire transfers. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for fuel surcharges, landing fees, and other operational costs.

4.3 Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation policies vary by operator and are specified at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges.

5. Safety and Compliance

All users must comply with:

6. Data and Privacy

11. Force Majeure

JetOnDemand is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, or technical failures.

12. Agreement Modifications

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our platform and sending email notifications. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
